Levels of Self Esteem

High Self Esteem:

The persons of high self-esteem have been born to triumph in all the aspects of life. They believe themselves to be powerful beings and in possession of truth at all times. They are persons to whom it turns out to be very difficult to make them come in reason. Their mental fortitude turns them into authentic tanks difficult to destroy. All their movements are calculated previously with the only aim: success. Perhaps because of it, defeat does not suppose any alteration of their plans since it is one opportunity to learn and not be wrong again.

On the other hand, this way of acting does not help them in their social relations since they give an image of superiority that will produce in some persons a feeling of rejection. Also there are other persons who are very attracted to this type of people of high self-esteem. Of course, if a person of high self-esteem has a couple, he or she must be very strong otherwise they could sink him/her

Medium Self Esteem:

These types of persons have a good confidence in themselves, but sometimes this confidence can yield. They are persons who try to stay strong in front of others although in his interior they could be suffering. Those that possess this character live in a way relatively dependent of others, that is to say, if they see that others support them in some action their self-esteem it will grow, but, on the contrary, any error or mistake that someone throws at them in the face will make their confidence fall down a little. This swaying can be controlled by a little of rationality at the time of facing challenges, overcoat the professional challenges. As for love, the best thing is not to exaggerate the defeats and to remember and to enjoy the successes.

Low Self Esteem:

Those persons who have a low self-esteem are usually persons that although they don't considered themselves lesser than the rest, they consider others in a higher position then their own. This supposes that, unconsciously, they feel in a position delayed in relation to those that surround them at the time of initiating or performing some action. People with few self-esteem lack confidence on their own acts considering a defeat any small trip or tumble they have. By feeling this way, there is created an effect or halo of defeat that will not help them to obtain their goals. On the other hand, they are nonconformist since they always want to obtain perfection in all their works due to this situation of relative defeat in which they are submerged. Perhaps for it, success in any task pleases them in such a way that it can help them to forget the possible errors committed in the past.
