The Big Five

Extroversion:

A HIGH punctuation indicates a tendency to be highly enthusiastic, spontaneous, energetic, expressive, happy, straightforward, assertive and impulsive; has the need to feel that one belongs to a group where he is accepted and appreciated. The persons with very high punctuations in this factor are usually chosen as leaders, also they tend to be boasters and very adventurous.

LOW punctuations indicate a tendency to be an auto sufficient individual who is accustomed to taking decisions without worrying for the opinions of others, preference to be alone most of the time and to do things without asking the others for help. He is calmed, reserved and silent. Also he has tendency to soberness, prudence, seriousness, to introspection and to pessimism. They are usually shy and/or reticent.

Orderliness:

HIGH punctuations indicate conscientiousness, a tendency to control the emotions, to be very self-conscious and a perfectionist, to be usually organized, efficient, careful, likes doing plans, being reliable, practical, precise dependable, and responsible.

LOW punctuations indicate low self-control and discipline. Very low punctuations happen in persons who do not give any importance to the rules that the society establishes, but they have a more relaxed way of living and less stressful than those who obtain high punctuations although they tend to be less successful and recognized. They are usually frivolous, untidy, irresponsible, forgetful and careless.

Altruism:

HIGH punctuations indicate agreeableness, a tendency to humility and docility, he/she is kind, generous, cooperative, kind, indulgent, comprehensive, compassionate, is not demanding, stubborn or bragging. He tends to be a conformist, passive and considerate. Avoids conflicts in the interpersonal relations, tries to please and to gain the approval of others.

LOW punctuations indicate a tendency towards a more dominating attitude. He likes to be in a position of power. Very low punctuations can indicate tendency to the aggressiveness, competitiveness, stubbornness and assertiveness. He likes finding the flaws and the guilty, can be cruel, unfriendly, cold, unkind, and maybe stingy.

Emotional Stability:

A HIGH punctuation indicates a feature of realistic and emotionally stable person. The individual proves to be mature. He is self-confident, calm, and can control his emotional impulses.

LOW punctuations indicate a tendency to feel frustrated rapidly under non-satisfactory conditions, tendency to evade the reality and low self-confidence. They are tense, they feel anxiety, nervousness, he is usually taciturn, irritable and capricious; the individual always worries about something. At clinical level low punctuations indicate dissatisfaction, tendency to fears and phobias, to sleep difficulties and problems of psychosomatic type.

Inquisitiveness:

A HIGH punctuation indicates that it has good abstract thinking; it also indicates the individual has a tendency to submerge in his thoughts. He is immune to distraction and gives little attention to what happens around him. With very high punctuation it is possible to perceive him as very intelligent, with a big imagination, very creative, slightly conventional and interested only in the essence of the things. He can analyze and understand rapidly the ideas or concepts that appear to him. His interests are wide and diverse; it is original, sophisticated, artistic and ingenious.

LOW punctuations indicate tendency to concrete thought. One tends to interpret the majority of things in a literal and concrete way. Also they indicate tendency to be a very realistic and practical person. The individual has tendency to value what is concrete, tangible and obvious. He can have difficulties to understand concepts and for learning in general. His interests are slightly diverse; and has problems with the abstract thought.
