In nature they are hard working animals, vigorous, even stoical. They are highly technical that work without tiring. Their lairs are big works of engineering built above and below water, made sequentially step by step. They plan their tasks on the base of goals and terms that they try to fulfill under any circumstance. They still do not give up in the worst situations.
- They would rather work with objects than with ideas. They like to have control over their tasks. - With some preference they try to work with known persons, rejecting many times the collaboration of others for considering it as some interference.

WEAKNESSES : - Sometimes they solve the wrong problems. - Because they are impetuous, sometimes they take decisions hastily.
TRAITS : - They are focused persons. - They test ideas, not just think them. - Their thoughts are always centered in a logical frame. - Their style of learning is CONVERGENT and Active Experimentation.
DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING SKILLS: - Practice and create new ways of thinking and acting. - Always have different perspectives. - Experiment with new ideas. - Choose for various solutions the best. - Establish goals. - Take decisions. - Evaluate the effect of your decisions in the personal and professional results.
